What is BALANCE?
For me, Balance is the ability to do the things I love and staying true to myself while integrating life outside of the "me" AND not be overwhelmed.
Let's say you have a scale. On one end is your body consisting of 3 parts: the Spiritual Body, the Energy Body, and the Physical Body. The other consists of work, school, family, relationships, responsibilities, emotions, prayer time, me time, money, gym, yoga, meetings, food, housing, car traffic, etc. I could go on and on.
What is on your scale? What is important to you? What do you absolutely need? What makes you whole? What makes your spirit strong? What to take off or what to put on that scale?
Every person's scale is different from other's. There is no one set of scale. What is for you may be different for me. Learn to know what balance is for you.
A bright and pure energy is important in balance. It is what you need to keep going. Take time to replenish and recharge yourself to take on anything in your life.
Keep in mind that too much or too little of anything may not necessarily be good. We are talking about balance here, after all.
As with food...our diet need to be balanced according to our body's needs. Just like food, our spiritual body, energetic body as well as our physical body needs balance.
Chakra balancing and energy healing are some ways that can facilitate in creating this balance. Being aware of ourselves and what our body needs is crucial.
Don't be too hard on yourself and learn to enjoy the process of your own balance!
